Recipes : Watermelon Margarita with lime-basil salt & mint sugar

I think Watermelon are the quintessential summer fruit. Nothing says long hot summery days like a cold slice of watermelon.

If like me you are not much of a drinker, this is the perfect summer cocktail!

Omit the tequila, and sip away, its delicious and refreshing with or without the alcohol, and the perfect way to cool down on a hot summers day.

Cheers!
