1clove garlic, crushed
1lemon, juice & zest
2cupsherbs, parsley, basil, chives, mint, spring onion
2tbspapple cider vinegar
pinch of sea salt & grind of black pepper
Whizz all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding the water slowly to help with the blending
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
Will keep for 3- 4 days.
