Persimmon Salsa

Yields-2 Servings

 2 Persimmons, chopped
 ½ red onion, finely diced
 1 red chilli, sliced
 ½ bunch coriander, washed & chopped
 1 lime, juice & zest
 30 ml fish sauce ( optional)

1. Mix together gently in a bowl, adjust seasoning if necessary.
2. Serve over tacos, grilled meats or as an accompaniment to grilled fish such as salmon.
